WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO START A HYPNOBIRTHING CLASS?

Hypnobirthing can benefit you and your birth partner at any stage of your pregnancy.  The full course is 5 weeks long and I do believe that it is better to have the time to practice and prepare so, 26-34 weeks is a great time to start! Private Classes work really well as you have the time and focus for just yourselves and we can go into topics as much as you need to.

PRIVATE CLASSES

A private class for just yourself, your birth partner and your baby. You will have my full attention and can ask any questions and we can discuss certain topics as much as you wish.  I am happy to drive to surrounding areas if it is best for you to take the classes at home and really look forward to working closely with you and your birth partner to prepare you both to feel confident, calm and relaxed ready for a positive birth experience. *Please note however, I am unable to give medical advice which may conflict with your care.

INCLUDES:

The Marie Mongan book, the associated downloads and a file of all handouts made up for you to keep and bring to each class and for me to travel to you home for the sessions. Also includes a little goodie bag with local products for you to try for you and baby!

GROUP CLASSES

We are now taking bookings for the December class commencing on the 5th December. I advise to book early to secure your place.

LOCATION

Classes are undertaken in the comfort of my home in N12, I have a quiet, private and relaxing space at my home where I hold classes with tea on tap and copious amounts of cake and fruit will be served at each class, after all isn't that what keeps us mums going.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Other than your good self and your birthing partner that's pretty much all you need to bring with you. I do however recommend that you attend the classes in comfortable clothing as we promote being as relaxed as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I appreciate that sometimes classes are hard to attend especially when going through pregnancy. I do however ask that you give me as much notice as possible in the event you won't be able to attend a class and we can then reschedule.  I try to be as flexible as I can as I know how plans can change!
