What is Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing is a truly fantastic course to learn essential tools and to help prepare you and your partner for labour and birthing your beautiful new baby. We focus together on making your experience your own experience and a positive one!
It is a supportive practice of relaxation, visualisations and breathing techniques. It is a full antenatal course and is all about YOU, your birth partner and your baby. I will teach you the logical and practical approach to birthing your baby. We will focus only on what your body can do however, also acknowledging and making space for those special circumstances that can arise through labour and birth.
The tools you will learn during my classes will be so beneficial! You will work together to practice and perfect them and in turn will feel comfortable and secure leading up to birthing your baby. It is the same approach as pregnancy yoga, practice and repetition is the key.
You WILL leave my course feeling knowledgeable, excited and ready to meet your new baby!

Who can use Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing can be used for everyone and at any point in your pregnancy. It will absolutely benefit you and your partner.
The more you practice your tools the more you will benefit.
If you have a c-section planned or if you run the likelihood of having a c-section, you can still use the tools. If you have been diagnosed with GD or have other pregnancy related circumstances, you can still use hypnobirthing and still benefit!
